Description:

Sealed needle roller bearings with or without inner ring
Single or double-sided sealed needle roller bearings can effectively prevent the intrusion of dirt, and the bearing has been filled with an appropriate amount of lithium-based grease. The inner ring of this type of bearing is wider than the outer ring, which allows the bearing to ensure a good seal when the shaft has a small displacement relative to the bearing box to avoid bearing contamination. The inner ring of the bearing also has lubrication holes, which can be relubricated by the outer ring or the inner ring according to the needs of the configuration.

The needle roller bearing without inner ring is suitable for the parts of which the radial size is limited.Because of no inner ring, the surface of shaft journal fitted with it is acted directly as rolling surface. It is requested that the surface hardness be no less than HRC60, surface roughness, no more than 0.63um. This kind of bearing does not limit the axial shift of shaft and housing and has high limiting rotational speed.
